Intern Job Description:
Company is a high end, international real estate company with over 600 locations around the world in 37 countries. The Intern’s role will be to support the residential real estate team in all aspects of their ongoing work. The goal of this internship is to teach the intern how to apply what they have learned to real world situations. The intern will learn about the different aspects of running a business, specifically a real estate business. They will be involved with buyer and seller transactions, creating marketing and advertising material, preparing a house for viewing by the public, computer programs specifics within the real estate industry. Clerical assistance and interacting with the public in person, via phone and email. The intern will have a focus on marketing, helping create marketing pieces promoting our brand, and will also assist in advertising specific listings and/or creating listing presentations for real estate agents. It is an exciting opportunity to help create the local presence for a large, well known and well respected international company.

The marketing intern will be responsible for prioritizing projects to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and develop effective and constructive solutions to challenges and obstacles with the ability to complete projects on time.
Duties include but not limited to:
-Prepare and distribute marketing materials including brochures, website content, blog posts, press releases, and email campaigns.
-Create new marketing material, including presentations, infographics, and other print material for presentations.
-Prepare customer surveys, print and digital marketing campaigns, and other relevant documents as needed.
-Develop materials to help drive recruiting and company growth goals.
-Coordinate regular mailings, manage distribution process, updates and report on activity.
-Create and edit presentations for prospect/client meetings.
-Update broker professional profiles and other marketing related material as needed.
-Generate company promotions including advertising, events, and exhibits.
-Update and maintain company’s social accounts.
-Develop training materials to keep real estate agents informed of marketing best-practices, for example, techniques for utilizing social media to nature client relationships and to develop sales leads.
What We Require:
1. Background in Marketing and Communication, and knowledgeable about using Social Media in business.
2. Strong communication (written and oral) skills.
3. Good typing skills
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Proficient in Google Suite
6. Organized, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments.
7. Creative and Flexible
